Chana Chaat Recipe

Chana Chaat is a popular and flavorful Indian street food or snack made with chickpeas (chana), vegetables, and various spices. Chickpeas is one of the best source of protein .Chana chaat is quick and easy recipe for weight loss.
How To Make Chana Chaat Recipe
1. Rinse 1 cup of black chickpeas in fresh water, then soak it in enough water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. In a pressure cooker add soaked black chickpeas ,salt ,2-3 cup water .
Pressure cook until chickpeas is soft or take 5-6 whistle.
3.Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed ,turmeric powder ,red chili powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder .
Chana Chaat
In a large bowl mix prepared chana ,chopped onion ,chopped tomato ,tamarind chutney, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black chickpeas (kala chana)
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup tomato finely chopped (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp tamarind chutney
- 1 to 2 green chilies
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
