Instructions
Rinse 1 cup of black chickpeas in fresh water, then soak it in enough water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
In a pressure cooker add soaked black chickpeas ,salt ,2-3 cup water .Pressure cook until chickpeas is soft or take 5-6 whistle.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed ,turmeric powder ,red chili powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder .
Chana Chaat
In a large bowl mix prepared chana ,chopped onion ,chopped tomato ,tamarind chutney, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
