  • ½ Cup butter, divided
  • 12 Cups thinly sliced green cabbage (2 1/2 pounds)
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste ½ tsp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to Make Cabbage Alfredo

Step 1 Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft but slightly crunchy.

Step 2 In another bowl add butter, heavy cream ,parmesan cheese, black peeper ,parsley and Italian seasoning.

Step 3 Reduce heat to low. Pour in the cream mixture. Stir constantly until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Step 4 Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with Italian seasoning and fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.

  • Use Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese ,use full block and grate by yourself
  • Use Low heat for Sauce , high heat will break the sauce and make it greasy instead of creamy
