How to Make Chicken Immunity Soup
Heat ghee/olive oil. Add ginger + garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Add onion, carrot, potato, and celery sweet corn or peas. Cook 3–4 minutes. Sauté everything together for 2–3 minutes so the vegetables soften slightly.
Add chicken pieces.
Mix in turmeric, black pepper, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick.
In another pan pour 6 cups water/stock.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 25–30 minutes until the broth turns golden and aromatic.
Remove chicken, shred it, and add it back to the soup.
