Falooda is a rich, layered dessert drink popular in India, Pakistan, and the Middle East—cool, creamy, and perfect for hot days. Here’s a simple, classic version you can make at home.
In a small bowl, combine the basil seeds with 1 cup of water. Let them soak for at least 20–30 minutes. The seeds will swell and develop a gelatinous coating
Boil falooda sev for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Chill the milk and mix in sugar (if needed).Add RoohAfza syrup.
In two glasses pour the Rooh Afza Syrup ,add 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds the add cooked falooda sev.
Finally, pour the rooh afza milkinto each glass .
Top each glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
Serve immediately with a long spoon and a wide straw
