Best Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss – High-Protein Berry Smoothie
Fatima
This easy high-protein berry smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, and satisfying. Made with Greek yogurt, berries, banana, oats, and chia seeds, it makes a quick and balanced breakfast or snack.
Add the ingredients: Add Greek yogurt, mixed berries, banana, rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend: Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
Adjust the consistency: Add a splash more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick. If using fresh berries and you prefer it colder, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Frozen berries make the smoothie thicker and colder without needing much ice.
You can use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a combination of your favorite berries.
For extra protein, add 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder.
For a lower-calorie version, use extra berries in place of some of the banana and choose unsweetened almond milk.
For added greens, blend in a small handful of fresh spinach. The flavor remains mild, while the smoothie gets an extra serving of vegetables.
If making ahead, store the smoothie in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator and shake or stir well before drinking.
