Heat oil in a pan ,then add onion and saute till it turns translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste.Saute for few minutes.
Add mutten mince,mix well and saute it.
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala and salt.
Add one fourth cup of water.Cover the pan with lid and let it to cook till all the water has dried out and the meat has cooked.
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
For potato
Meanwhile boil the potatoes in pressure cooker.Make sure potatoes are not over boiled.
Add black pepper,coriander leaves,2-3 dropes of lemon juice, chilli flakes and pinch of chaat masala.
If you feel that the potatoes become very soft and it can't bind very well then optionally you can add corn flour to it (Only If Required)
To make batter
Beat egg in bowl then add black pepper and salt.Mix well.
Take another plate and spread the breadcrumbs.
To make potato keema cutlets
Deep hands in little oil and make uniform ball of potato mixture and flatten it round.
Now add the cooked mince (keema) filling into it and shape them into cutlets.
Make sure that the edges of cutlet cover properly,there should not be any gap.Otherwise it will break during frying.
Make all cutlets.
Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg.
Then coat with the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in non stick pan .Place the cutlets in it on medium low flame.
When one side is golden, gently turn and fry the second side.
Shallow fry it till the both side turns golden and crisp.
Shallow fry all the cutlets by repeating same steps.
Serve Aloo Keema cutlets /Patties with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
Notes
You can give different shapet to cutlet .You can stuff it between burger buns or pav.If you want your Aloo Cutlets spicy then add the chopped green chilli into mince.
